The Client Portal provides you with the opportunity to submit orders online immediately for non-certified translation services.
It enables you to order your translations from the comfort of your desk, without the need to leave your home or office. You can accept our price quote with one click and pay with your debit or credit card or by bank transfer, and you will be able to download the finished translation from the Client Portal.
This automated portal allows you to buy our services at the most favourable price as there are no administrative charges involved.
Another advantage of submitting orders via the Client Portal is that with the exception of handwritten documents or documents including photos, the price is based on the number of source language characters. In this way you will be able to calculate costs accurately in advance.

If you are a private individual, you can create an account and use it immediately. If you want to create an account as a business, OFFI will verify your data, and then will allow you to use the Client Portal. You will be able to track your orders once you log in to your Client Portal account.
WARNING: It is not possible to request price quotes or submit orders for certified translations via the Client Portal. To request a price quote for certified translation, click here, and submit your order in your reply e-mail to our price quote. You can also request price quotes or submit your orders at our Customer Service Centres.
