On 07 April 2021, Decision 1/2021 (06 April) BM of the Ministry of the Interior established that the measures of the first-level of the gradual lifting of the defence measures of Government Decree 144/2021 (27 March) enter into force. The duties of OFFI, certified translation, court and judicial interpreting are specified in Decree No. 24/1986 (26 June) of the Council of Ministers, still effective today.

OFFI continues its translation and interpresting duties as a company limited by shares

Since 2006 OFFI has been operating as a private company limited by shares
